SHIPPING DELAYS & CUSTOMER SERVICE
COVID-19 DELIVERY UPDATES:
Over the last 3 weeks we have experienced delays with our shipping providers due to COVID-19 related issues. Our customers are truly our top priority and we apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
Please note we ship out every order that is received prior than 2pm PST on the same day it is received. The only exception are orders placed after 12pm PST on Saturday and Sunday, these are shipped out on Monday morning.
If it has been more than 2 days and your tracking number is showing CONFIRMED status and states that the LABEL is created and not received at USPS please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will work with USPS on your behalf to understand what has occurred and monitor the shipment for you.
If your order has not arrived and it is over 5 days from when you placed your order, please contact us email@example.com so we can work with USPS on your behalf and monitor the shipment for you.
If you are ordering a gift and need to expedite the order please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can determine an alternate shipping method for you.
